While we have a full range of catering menus available, our professional event planner and award-winning chefs are available to meet with you to discuss your particular needs. We reserve the right to charge for every person served. No food or beverage of any kind is to be brought into or removed from our premises by client or his or her guests of invitees. Minimum number of guests is 25. Menu prices are subject to change and do not include tax and gratuity. A 20% gratuity will be charged to final bill.

Mohegan Sun Pocono is proud to provide all of your Audio/Visual support and technical needs with our in-house professional staff and state-of-the-art equipment. We can provide service tailored to our venue that will meet and exceed your expectations.

We can coordinate a full range of services for you from floral arrangements to security and electrical requests to audio/visual presentations. For your convenience, we will be able to assist in entertainment arrangements as well. Please note, Mohegan Sun Pocono reserves the right to approve all materials - banners, signs - prior to the event.

Ask your coordinator about customizing your party for an event to remember. We will do everything possible to meet your expectations.

After confirmation of event date, a contract will be completed and sent to you for signature and a 30% deposit. Contracts returned without a 30% deposit will not be honored. Checks or credit cards are accepted. Once we have received your signed contract and 30% deposit, your event will be confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another mutually agreed upon date. Final payment is due at the time of the event. We will not invoice for services.

Confirmations must be called in 72 hours prior to arrival with number of guests. If a confirmation is not received, the group will be responsible for 100% of the original number booked. We set and prepare for 2% over the guarantee.

Proper dining attire is required. Regardless of the weather conditions, cut-off shorts and tank tops are not permitted in the private dining facilities.

Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted in the casino. Proper photo identification will be required. Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to bet on horse races. All children must be accompanied by an adult on-property.

Mohegan Sun Pocono must supply all liquor, beer, wine and soft drinks consumed on the premises.

Any group wishing to visit the facility by bus must first have the bus company register with our Bus Department. Please inquire with your coordinator about this process.
